Hi, I am Fran!

Horses are a lifelong passion of mine and have accompanied me for now over 35 years.

My professional background lies in education, with specializations in sports, nature, language, physical and mental development.

In the past, I have assisted with therapeutic riding, and worked at riding holiday programmes and youth farms in my home country, Germany.

Later on, I moved to London, UK, where I worked at the famous Hyde Park Stables, as well as volunteering in other Equestrian Centres.
In London I completed my National Vocational Qualifications (NVQ) Level 2 in Horse Care and Stable Management.

I moved to Spain at the end of 2013 and continued my passion, working for a local stables and later on building my small project from scratch, starting with just a few lessons.
I feel very privileged and lucky to have met many lovely people, new friends and clients, who are the reason I am here today.

Fran’s Ponderosa Ranch was created to offer a place that creates true connection between humans and horses.
